Other Charities and Assistance
In additional to financal assistance available to members and support of medical research, the Order of the Eastern Star, in California, provides other support to those in need of medical and other support.
Eastern Star Patient Comfort Program
It shall be the purpose of the Patient Comfort Program to create suitable dressings and comfort items to be distributed through charitable nonprofit organizations serving patients in need. — Constitution and Laws, Sec. 91
