Vision Statement
Guided by Eastern Star purposes, the California Eastern Star Foundation is a vehicle for accumulating and providing financial assistance to the members of the California Eastern Star, and other qualified persons for educational, charitable and scientific purposes. In addition, the California Eastern Star Foundation offers the StarCARE Program, designed to assist members of the Order of the Eastern Star by furnishing information and referral services.
