In an effort to resolve the problem with students not being able to find typewriters upon which to complete the application, we are now offering the application in two forms: one that can be completed on a PC (via an executable file) and another for those that do not have access to a PC, a PDF version which can be opened on any computer that can open an Adobe Reader file.
The most current version: These were updated on 11/26/2006 for the 2006-2007 Academic Year.
Not withstanding anything you may find in the form, this years application MUST, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, be postmarked no later than SATURDAY, March 10, 2007.
Please disregard the section of this application that refers to a photograph. A photograph should not be included with your submission.
To view, print, or download the application material you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. To download the latest (free) version of the reader, click on the link above. Scroll to the bottom of the resulting page under "Get the Free Acrobat Reader" and follow the instructions. After you have downloaded and installed the reader return to this page to view, print or download the items you desire. |
